Notable figures in Albanian journalism such as Adi Krasta, Enkel Demi, Sokol Balla, Blendi Salaj, Armir Shkurti, and Gentian Zeneli played a pivotal role in shaping the station’s identity, mentoring many emerging voices who have since followed in their footsteps. One of Club FM's standout programs in 2003 was "Radiostars," which showcased young talents who have now become prominent figures in mainstream media.

With an expanded team, listeners can enjoy daily live programs from Villa Club FM including “Klubi i Mëngjesit” hosted by Genti, Evi, Sasha, and Altini; “Makinë me 2 timone” by Keli and Suada; “Music Box” hosted by Orgesa Zaimi; “Mix” by Elsa Ymeri; and the most followed radio program of all time “Rikoshet,” featuring Florjan Binaj, Indrit Topi, and Eglein Laknori.
